1Anne & Michel Picron’s farm and butcher shop
It’s the story of a long tradition of butchers, born in the early 20th century. For several years, Anne and Michel Picron have carried the torch and perpetuated this guarantee of quality and freshness. They guarantee the brand thanks to the fruit of their own breeding of cattle and pigs. Most of the deboning and cuts are done in the back room. Preparations are done on site. The succulent veal sausages or hams on the bone well help you prepare an extra picnic before going out on the Hensies Marsh.
Open Tuesday to Friday, from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm
Saturday from 8am to 6pm.

La Noyelle, at Montroeul-sur-Haine, is an old building. We are here in a former farmbrewery where they worked in the fields to harvest the grain with farm horses. They then brewed the beer, the famous beer season, which was distributed in all the nearby villages. Each year, “The 19th Century Celebration” recalls this period of hay-making and brewing. It takes place the weekend before August 15.
